Yes, it is. It is not the same as when you remain in the repeating just-dreaming; because with what you describe, one acts. They don't keep the energy unutilized, they don't pirouette without moving forward, they do not let the compressed energy increase. They do something that creates new material in them, offering themselves the opportunity to reflect (even unconsciously), to process this step's results, and move on.
